Is a little medicine all it takes?

The Cities of Ordus had become more and more familiar to Zera as the years went by. He was hitting his absolute prime at this point in his life and his outlook on the world had shifted just a little bit more. Ventalux had always been home for him, but his family's practice had been focused on the medical arts. It went without saying that Haven felt more like a place akin to his adoptive family than the rest of the world. So even though he had no permanent ties here it still felt comfortable in its own way. That, of course, was what drew him here when it came to his attention that one of the maids in his household had come down with a fever. He'd seen it before in his father's notes and knew it could possibly carry from one host to another. He knew what was needed to treat it, but had not the expertise.

Zera arrived by train in the late afternoon that day, he'd spent most of it reading over some of the notes he had taken while listening to a short lecture on the influences of Vanta on the human body. It was curious that so few people were actively studying it. The chime rang out and the other patrons rose, signaling his arrival. Zera joined the march, keeping as low a profile his enormous build could manage and lumbered onto the platform in little more than a traveling coat and carrying a suitcase. Inside the case, of course, was Guiding Light, hidden from prying eyes. He'd probably have to stay the night.

He reached into his pocket and drew out a small note, checking the name. There was no address. According to his informant the woman kept to simpler accommodations.

"Ythabel," He murmured. She was apparently a skilled medicine woman who had access to the medicines necessary and was more trustworthy when it came to the quality and condition of the drugs. That would help. He had also asked his informant to give him the name of someone who had a conscience. If he was going to do business, he wanted to give money to someone who would help others with it.

That, in the end, lead him the collection of tents and campsites resting along the route up to the city proper. He glanced around, trying to spot the person in question.

"Hello! My name is Zera Leigh, a friend told me to come visit, I am looking for a healer by the name of Ythabel!" He said aloud to anyone who would listen.
